What it costs

  Our Policy

 

If your system breaks down or develops fault—to attend within 1 working day.  Then fix the problem within 2 working days. (i.e. phone on Monday—attend Tuesday, problem rectified by Thursday.

If the above is not possible them temporary heating arrangements (i.e. portable electric heaters) will be provided until the problem can be rectified.

2. Look after your heating system—after all– if it is problem free then we will have less work to do and you will have no hassle!!

3. Never try to sell you anything you do not need or want.

How it works

An initial service and inspection visit will be made .

We will then advise if your heating or plumbing is suitable for a maintenance contract.  If work is required to bring it up to contract standard, a quote will be given for this work. If acceptable, this work shall be arranged. 

Upon contract acceptance cover begins on receipt of 1st payment.
